Three years after the federal prosecutors have filed a complaint against her, one of three women accused of executing that underground cosmetology clinic has returned to Washington to deal with a jury.
Conchita Sadiua Caspillo was charged together with two other women in March 2007 after allegations surfaced that they had performed a cosmetic surgery in a house in Lakewood.Surgery - largely absorptions laser spotting and cosmetic injections - had allegedly resulted in severe scarring at least three times.

Writes the Court with a view to the sentencing of Faust in June 2008, Assistant U.S. Attorney Patricia v. Lally noted that the Government was still uncertain how long she and other women had provided an underground cosmetic surgery.
"It is well documented, however, that many women have suffered physical and psychological damage to performed procedure," continued Lally. "In many cases, women have been forced to seek further medical treatment to treat and correct services provided at the residence of Faust.
Faust received a sentence of three months after his guilty plea.
Appearing Monday in U.S. District Court in Tacoma, pleaded Caspillo not guilty to the one contained in the indictment .Son trial is scheduled to begin on December 7th.
