Coat solid retains lead in Senate race

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Republican Dan Coats continues to hold a solid lead in the race of the Indiana Senate the after weeks of negative ads target which begins just after our first poll was taken.

WISH TV Indiana 2010 election poll shows coats with a 18 point lead.It is coats 53 per cent and Democrat Brad Ellsworth cent.Libertaire Rebecca wells Burris 35 just 5%.The survey was conducted by Epic-Arm of Lansing, Michigan and has a margin of error of 4.4%.

Three weeks ago our first survey showed also a Coats.Il 18-point lead is 51% and then with Ellsworth to 33%.

The latest survey is not good news for Democrats with only eight days remaining until the election and Ellsworth short on funds from the campagne.Pour win he must seek to undecided voters and convince a large group of supporters coats to change sides.
