Courtroom runner faces evasion charge

GOSHEN, Ind. (AP) - Elkhart man, bolted to a Northern Indiana hearing room in order to avoid a year in jail now faces the possibility of up to eight years behind bars if recognized guilty of evasion.

Elkhart truth said Friday that 31 years Frank Jesse Castro faces charge again in the Elkhart superior court after his recovery last week.

Castro bolted to a courtroom in Goshen on 4 October, after being sentenced to one year in jail and six-month suspended sentence for possession of a substance contr?lée.Les authorities it is caught with him on 14 October, after 10 days on the lam.
