City of COLUMBIA, Ind. (AP) - the authorities in Northern Indiana say Florida man died after being trapped under a riding mower in a pond in her son's House.
County of Whitley Deputy coroner v. Taron Smith, says Thomas Leroy 72 years, Florida, Avon Park, had been cut grass when the mower carborne about apparently of pond, trapping him below.
Smith tells Gazette newspaper that Thomas was underwater for about an hour Monday before his wife noticed has not come dinner time.
Thomas was delivered at the scene in the city of Columbia, and his death was ruled an accidental drowning.
