Officer David Bisard to appear in court

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Agent David Bisard appears in 5 of the Criminal Court on Friday at 11 am.

His lawyer says he will pursue a relocation of demande.Il is also possible that the judge might set a trial date Friday morning.

Defence is concerned that Bisard will not be able to obtain a fair trial because of the publicity prior to trial.

This motion is still under advisement by the Court.

The judge said that he wanted to see whether or not the coverage and the storm abated before deciding to take an expensive decision to move to another county trial.

The FBI completed its investigation into the fatal accident involving agent David Bisard Indianapolis Metropolitan police department handling and presented its conclusions to the Department of justice, said fraternal order of police President Sergeant William Owensby.

Owensby also tells News 24 hours 8 that governance survey led to the sides of the FBI investigation was given to the Director of security public Frank Straub.
