INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Pacers guard Lance Stephenson would return in a Court of New York mardi.Il is accused of pushing his girlfriend down a flight of stairs.
Stephenson police in New York, arrested in August.
They say after pushing woman on the stairs, Stephenson, then resumed his head and he slammed shut on a stage.
Questioned on the arrest in August, Pacers President Larry Bird has issued a statement saying regardless of the outcome of the investigation, Stephenson should not put himself in the position it was.
