Officer Brenton memorial to be unveiled Sunday

Marks one year since Seattle police Tim Brenton was shot on patrol in the neighbourhood of Leschi with its partner Britt Sweeney Sunday.

After months of fundraising, Leschi Community Council has been able to build a Memorial in memory of officer Brenton on the site of the tragic shooting, the intersection is Yesler Way and 29th Ave.

Sunday afternoon widow Brenton Lisa should join the Council and the members of the community to dedicate the monument.

Two children Brenton, Quinn and Kayleigh should also be emotional commitment side.

While the monument itself is covered today we were told he understands a shield engraved in stone with Brenton badge number engraved on elle.Une black bar across the badge was carved to symbolize the heartbreaking death of Brenton.Arbres and other plants will surround the Memorial as symbols in life close Brenton.

Inauguration of the Memorial is set for 3 hours.
